General Information
The Haven is a small independent music venue in Pomona, CA.
Standing Capacity: 125.
Ages: Always All Ages. Children twelve and under may enter for free and do not need a ticket.
Tickets: To purchase tickets, see Shows. Tickets are available at the Box Office on the night of the show unless specified as sold out. If you have an issue with your online tickets, please reach out. We accept cash, credit or debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Service fees are applied to all non-cash payments.
Refund Policy: All sales are final, and tickets are nonrefundable unless the show is canceled. If you cannot attend, we suggest selling your tickets or giving them to a friend. The Haven is not responsible for any third-party transactions.
Restrictions: Absolutely no moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, circle pits, hardcore dancing, crowd killing, or any other form of physical activity. The following items are prohibited from the venue: gum, stickers, markers, tags, beaded jewelry, backpacks or large bags, chains, inflatables or balloons, drugs, tobacco, vapes, alcohol, or weapons of any kind.
Entry & Seating: Please have your tickets ready upon entry. Bags will be checked, and pockets must be emptied before entry. Restricted items are not permitted on the premises and must be returned to your vehicle. A wristband delivered by our staff must be worn for each entry. There are re-entries; your wristband is your admission. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For accessible entry or any other ADA-related needs, please ask a member of our staff.

Artist Information
Load In: One hour before the doors are open to the public.
Please keep the back door closed at all times when not loading.
Check-In: The front on 2nd Street for your wristbands and further instructions on load-in.
Agreement: Please sign the Entertainment Agreement and return it to booking@thehavenpomona.com or the Box Office Manager before entering the premises and performing.
Pick-Up: If you left equipment behind, please schedule a pick-up with our Production Manager.
Green Room: The back patio space is for artists, their equipment, and their belongs. The venue is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Agreement Forms
All parties, including but not limited to any artists, bands, acts, agents, promoters, vendors, or other entities contracting with The Haven, must sign an agreement form to confirm the terms and conditions of business. Please review, sign, and return the form(s) before the event via email or text.
