General Information
The Haven is a 127-capacity venue, and shows are always all ages. Children twelve and under are free and do not need a ticket. Tickets are available at the door on the night of the show unless specified as sold out. Credit/Debit is only accepted online. Tickets shall be refunded upon request in advance via email. Unfortunately, day-of-show purchases or purchases to sold-out events can not be refunded. For bookings and any other questions or concerns, contact us by email at booking@thehavenpomona.com. Artist Information
Arrive one hour before the doors. Check in the front on 2nd Street for your wristbands and instructions on load-in. Please keep the back door CLOSED at all times when not loading. Please sign the Entertainment Agreement and return it to booking@thehavenpomona.com or the Box Office Manager before entering the premises and performing.
Green Room
The Haven offers a private Green Room for its artists performing on the night of the show. The Green Room includes a dressing room, shower, bathroom, and full kitchen.
Agreement Forms
All parties, including but not limited to any artists, bands, acts, agents, promoters, vendors, or other entities contracting with The Haven, must sign an agreement form to confirm the terms and conditions of business. Please review, sign, and return the form(s) before the event via email or text.
